Do you run payroll?
No, and we will not pretend to. Munello builds gross pay runs and payslips, handles umbrella routing, then hands your payroll provider a clean export file. Tax, NI and pension stay with the people whose job that is. You keep whichever provider you like.
Can schools actually log in?
Yes. School staff get real logins to their own portal: who is coming in this week, one-tap timesheet approval, and cover requests that land straight on your board. There is also a signed quick-approve link for busy offices that never want another password.
What about the job boards I already use?
Your jobs publish through live feeds to aggregators including Jooble, Adzuna, Talent.com, Careerjet, WhatJobs and Jora, each channel switchable per agency. Google job search, GOV.UK Find a job and more partner connections are on the way. If a board matters to your desk, tell us and we will be straight about whether and when.
Am I signing a long contract?
No. Munello is monthly rolling. The trial is 14 days with no card, and after that you can leave whenever you like. We would rather keep you with the product than with a contract.
Is my data mixed with other agencies?
No. Every agency sits in its own isolated space: candidates, schools, rates, documents, everything. Nothing is shared or pooled between agencies, and your data is hosted in the UK.
